Wheat flour Laddoo

Wheat flour laddoo is one of the most famous laddoo in North part of INDIA. It is very healthy, delicious and easy to prepare.


1 cup Wheat flour
1 cup Ghee
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
¼ cup milk
1 cup.Powdered sugar
½ cup mixed dry fruits


  1. Heat ghee in a heavy bottomed pan.
  2. Add flour and cook till it is evenly browned and aromatic, take off stove and let it cool.
  3. Add sifted powdered sugar, cardamom, dry fruit to the flour
  4. Mix very gently, but thoroughly.
  5. Shape into equal sized balls.
  6. Cool completely before storing in airtight boxes.
