AVACADO SALAD

This salad is a good healthy start for any meal. It is a quick-and-easy way to add flavor and nutrition to your meal all year round. Let us try this recipe at home and enjoy the taste of it
 INGREDIENTS:
Honey    – 4 tablespoons
Lemon juice   – 1 tablespoon
Cilantro leaves – 1 tablespoon (finely chopped)
Salt    – to taste
Freshly ground pepper-  to taste
Big ripe avocados – 2 (peeled and sliced)
Big red bell pepper  – 1
Cucumber   – 1
Big tomatoes   – 2
Corn kernels  – 1  cup (cooked)
PROCESS:
1. In a bowl mix the honey, lemon juice, cilantro leaves, salt and pepper to make the dressing for the salad.
2. Cut the red bell peppers, cucumbers and tomatoes into long thin strips.
3. In a big salad bowl, toss the vegetables, avocado slices, corn and the dressing with a light hand. Refrigerate
