Badusha is a famous sweet in India. It is made mostly during Diwali time. It has layered texture and is coated with sugar syrup. Let us try this sweet at home and enjoy the excellent taste of it.

Maidaᅡᅠᅡᅠᅡᅠ- ᅡᅠᅡᄒ cup
Baking powder ᅡᅠᅡᅠ-ᅡᅠᅡᄑ Tea Spoon ᅡᅠ
Ghee ᅡᅠᅡᅠᅡᅠ-ᅡᅠ2 Tea Spoon
Curd ᅡᅠᅡᅠᅡᅠ-ᅡᅠ3 cups
Salt ᅡᅠᅡᅠᅡᅠ-ᅡᅠvery little
Elachi powderᅡᅠᅡᅠ-ᅡᅠ1 Tea Spoon
Oil ᅡᅠᅡᅠᅡᅠ-ᅡᅠᅡᄐ kg
Sugar ᅡᅠᅡᅠᅡᅠ-ᅡᅠᅡᄐ cup

1.ᅡᅠTake a bowl and add Maida, salt, ghee and baking powder with curd like a dough. (Don¬タルt use water)
2.ᅡᅠKeep the dough in refrigerator for 2 hours
3.ᅡᅠTake a deep bottomed vessel and prepare sugar syrup to string consistency
4.ᅡᅠAdd Elachi powder to it and keep aside.
5.ᅡᅠMake lemon sized round balls and press with your thumbᅡᅠ on the ball
6.ᅡᅠHeat oil in the Kadai and fry these pressed balls on low heat until they turn golden brown
