Ghee – 1 cup
Milk – 1 litre
Sugar – 1 ?? cup

1. Tear the bread in to small pieces
2. Fry them with ?? cup of ghee till golden brown
3. Grind Elachi, some almonds and cashew nuts (leave a few almonds and cashews for garnishing) in to fine paste
4. Meanwhile boil the milk by adding sugar to it.
5. Stir continuously till the sugar melts to the milk
6. Add the fried bread pieces along with the remaining ghee
7. Cook on low flame till the bread pieces turn soft
8. Mix the nuts paste and mix well
9. Garnish with the remaining almonds and cashews
10. Now the bread halwa is ready
11. Refrigerate it and serve chilled
