Cardamom and browned butter give these melt-in-your mouth cookies irresistible flavors. It is very easy to prepare and very excellent in taste. Let us try this recipe at home and enjoy the yummy flavor of it. INGREDIENTS: Unsalted Butter – 1 cup Sugar – 2 cups Cardamom Powder (Elachi) – 2 Tea Spoon Eggs – 4 Fine Wheat Flour (Maida) – 2 cups Salt – 1 Tea Spoon PROCESS: 1. In a bowl, beat the butter, sugar and cardamom powder for 3 minutes. 2. Then with the beater going add the eggs one at a time. 3. When the mixture gets light take it out in a bowl and add the flour and salt with a light hand. 4. When soft dough gets prepared with the help of a spoon drop them on a nonstick cookie sheet.

5. Place them 1/2″ apart. 6. Bake these cookies in a preheated oven at 325 F for 10 – 11 minutes or till the cookies have a golden color. 7. Repeat the baking procedure for the remaining dough.
