Wheat flour – 200 Grams
Ghee – 400 Grams
Khoya – 100 Grams
Sugar (grounded) – 200 Grams
Soaked almond – 50 Grams (finely chopped)
Cardamom – 4
cinnamon stick – 1 inch


1. Melt 150 Grams of ghee and mix it in wheat flour.
2. Make stiff dough using very little water.
3. Heat the rest of the ghee in a Kadai.
4. Make about 15-20 balls with the dough.
5. Fry it on low flame till it becomes golden brown.
6. Churn it in grinder after it cools down. Mix khoya. Heat 1 tbsp. ghee in Kadai.
7. Add cardamom seeds and cinnamon
8. Add the above mixture of wheat flour and khoya.
9. Fry it for one minute. When it cools down, add sugar and chopped almonds.
10. Mix well. Serve churma ladoos in a plate.
11. Store in a air tight jar and serve with dal and baati .
