INGREDIENTS:

Cream – 100 ml
Sherry – 2 tbsp
Garlic – 1 tsp{crushed}
Creole – 2 tbsp
Worcester sauce – 2 tbsp
Pepper powder – 2 tbsp
Butter – 3 tbsp
Prawn -500 gms {large}

CREOLE SEASONING:

Oregano – 1/2 tsp {dried}
Thyme – 1/2 tsp {dried}
Cayenne – 1/2 tsp
Garlic powder – 1/2 tbsp
Pepper – 1 tsp
Onion powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt – 1 tbsp
Kashmiri mirch – 2 tsp
Paprika – 1 tbsp

PROCESS:
1. Mix all the ingredients together.
2. Make a marinade with all the ingredients except cream and pour over the prawns.
3. Mix well and set aside for an hour.
4. Saute the marinated prawns in a pan until golden brown.
5. Stir in the cream. Serve hot along with crusty bread.
