Garlic   – 4 pods
Red chillies – 20  ( roasted )
Grated coconut  – 2 cups
Oil   – 4 Tea Spoon
Tamarind  – a little
Salt   – To Taste

1. Take a Kadai and heat oil in it.
2. sauté the garlic and  coconut in the oil.
3. Make tamarind pulp by soaking tamarind in some water for 2 hours and then strain
4. Then grind the saute mixture with roasted red chillies and tamarind pulp.
5. Add the garlic and salt and grind once again to a smooth paste
6. Now the tasty garlic chutney is ready to serve.
