INGREDIENTS:

Garlic A￯﾿ᄑA￯﾿ᄑ-A￯﾿ᄑ4 pods
Red chilliesA￯﾿ᄑ-A￯﾿ᄑ20A￯﾿ᄑ ( roasted )
Grated coconut A￯﾿ᄑ-A￯﾿ᄑ2 cups
Oil A￯﾿ᄑA￯﾿ᄑ-A￯﾿ᄑ4 Tea Spoon
Tamarind A￯﾿ᄑ-A￯﾿ᄑa little
Salt A￯﾿ᄑA￯﾿ᄑ-A￯﾿ᄑTo Taste

PROCESS:
1.A￯﾿ᄑTake a Kadai and heat oil in it.
2.A￯﾿ᄑsautA￯﾿ᄑ the garlic andA￯﾿ᄑ coconut in the oil.
3.A￯﾿ᄑMake tamarind pulp by soaking tamarind in some water for 2 hours and then strain
4.A￯﾿ᄑThen grind the saute mixture with roasted red chillies and tamarind pulp.
5.A￯﾿ᄑAdd the garlic and salt and grind once again to a smooth paste
6.A￯﾿ᄑNow the tasty garlic chutney is ready to serve.
