Kothimeera (coriander) chutney


Coriander (kothimeera) chutney is usually used as a side dish for many items. This chutney may be served with white dhoklas, idlis, instant dhoklas, bhel puri, dahi sev puri, pakoras, Mirchi bajjis, and cutlets. Also spread the chutney on toasted bread slices and serve.


Coriander – 30gms (1Cup) Finely Chopped

Green Chilies – 4 Or To Taste (Break Them Into Small Pieces)

Grated Coconut – 2Tbsps

Roasted Bengal Gram – 1Tbsp

Salt – To Taste

Sugar – 1/2tsp

Lemon Juice – 2tsp


  1. To a mixie jar add chopped coriander, green chilies, grated coconut, roasted bengal gram, salt, sugar and lemon juice.
  2. Grind the ingredients and add water (90ml) and grind to a smooth paste. Transfer the prepared coriander chutney to a serving bowl.

Tip: Roasted Bengal gram and coconut adds flavor and body to the chutney cheap jerseys
