Mango Kulfi

Kulfi is the original ice cream of India and it is enrobed with real, crispy, melt-in-the-mouth Mango flavor always reminds you Summer in India. So lets make Kulfi today in a very simple way which doesn’t require to cook. Ingredients: 14 oz – Sweetened Condensed Milk 12 oz – Evaporated Milk 16 oz – Heavy Whipping Cream 16 oz – Cool Whip Whipped Topping 1 big pinch

– Saffron (Kesar) 1 tsp – Sugar(optional) 1/2 cup – Cashews, Pistachios, Almonds (coarsely ground) 1 Can – Mango Pulp DIRECTIONS: 1) Grind Sugar and Saffron together and

keep it a side. 2) Take a large mixing bowl combine Sweetened Condensed Milk, Evaporated Milk, Heavy Whipping Cream and Cool Whip. And gently mix the ingredients together with hand whisk/Blender. 3) Now add Saffron Sugar mixture, Mango Pure and Nuts (which is coarsely grounded) and Mix it well. Now the mixture is ready to place in ice cream molds and place it in freezer for at least 5 hours. I hope you enjoy this yummy delicious Indian mango ice cream/Kulfi.
