Radish – 2
Toor dal – 2 cups
Soaked tamarind – lemon sized ball
Coconut slices – few
Onion – 1
Tomato – 1
Turmeric – a pinch
Chilli powder – 2 Tea Spoon
Coriander powder – 1 Table Spoon
Coriander leaves – few springs
Curry leaves – few springs
PROCESS:
1. Cook the Toor dal alone and keep aside to cool.
