A meatball is about as unassuming as food can get, but when done well, it packs more flavor and more soul per square inch than anything that humble has a right to. People love meatballs. It’s a fact of life. If you’ve got a great meatball in your repertoire, you have the means to make most of the world happy.

INGREDIENTS
Plain flour-2cups
Milk-1cup
Bread crumbs-1cup
Butter-1/4cup
Onion-1
Potato-2
Garlic-3pods
Chilli powder-2tsp
Garam masala powder-1tsp
Cumin powder-1tsp
Coriander powder-1rsp
Meat-1/2kilo{minced}
Eggs-4
Salt to taste-
Oil-as needed
Ginger-a small piece

PROCESS:
1.Cut onion, garlic, ginger finely.
2.Remove skin of potato and cut into small pieces.
3.Heat oil in a frying pan.
4.Add onion, garlic, ginger and fry for a few minutes.
5.Add potato, minced meat, chilli powder, garam masala powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, water and cook.
6.When potato and meat is cooked and contents thick , switch off the stove.
7.Mix 3 eggs, flour, milk, butter to a thin batter.
8.Heat a flat frying pan.
9.Take a ladle of batter, spread it thin, cook on one side and set aside.
10.Repeat the process till all batter is used.
11.Place a spoon of mince mix at one end of the pancake, roll, seal the edges and set aside.
12.Repeat the process.
13.Heat oil in a frying pan.
14.Beat an egg and set aside in a bowl.
15.Dip the pan roll in egg, roll in bread crumbs and fry till golden.
