Pudina raitha is a simple and nutritious raitha recipe. It has a very cooling effect when served in summers. Mint raitha goes well with paratas and pulav. Let us learn how to make Pudina raitha at home and enjoy the excellent taste of it.


curd – 3 cups
mint leaves – 1 cup (finely chopped)
green chili – 1 (finely chopped)
roasted cumin seed powder – ½ Tea Spoon
black pepper – 1/2 Tea Spoon
black rock salt – 1/4 Tea Spoon
sugar – 1

Tea Spoon
Salt – to taste
1. Whip the curd with a hand mixer.
2. Make a paste of mint leaves using very little water.
3. Add mint paste and green chili to it.
4. Now add roasted cumin seed powder, black pepper, sugar and rock salt to it. Mix it well.
5. Serve Pudina raitha chilled with rice or pulav or paratas.
