Roti made from ragi or finger millet is one of the best options for the health conscious. It contains high amount of calcium. The average protein content of ragi is 9.8% with well balanced essential amino acids with Vitamin A, Vitamin B and phosphorous.

Chopped green chillis??????????????????????????????????????????????????????-??????????????????????????????????????????????????????2
Salt ??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????-??????????????????????????????????????????????????????as per taste

Water

PROCESS:
1.??????????????????????????????????????????????????????Mix coconut, onions, curry leaves, green chillis, coriander leaves and salt properly with little water.
2.??????????????????????????????????????????????????????Add the ragi flour with some more water and mix properly so that it mixes with other ingredients
3.??????????????????????????????????????????????????????This dough should be like chapatti dough
4.??????????????????????????????????????????????????????Keep aside for an hour.
5.??????????????????????????????????????????????????????Later make the dough in to medium sized balls
6.??????????????????????????????????????????????????????Roll the balls in to flat circles.
