– 2 Tea Spoons
Red chili powder – 1 Tea Spoon
Turmeric powder – 1 pinch

PROCESS:
1. Take a bowl and mix besan while adding 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp red chilly powder, 1/2 tsp. dhaniya powder and ghee.
2. Make a stiff dough.
3. Make 5-6 thin and long strips of the dough.
4. Put these strips in boiling water and cook for 5 minutes.
5. Cut these gattas into small pieces.
6. Strain the curd through a strainer
7. Add 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp red chilly powder, 1/2 tsp. dhaniya powder and turmeric to the curd. Mix well.
8. Add the gatta pieces. Heat oil in a Kadai. Put the thadka of jeera and add the curd mixture.
9. Cook it for 5-7 minutes while stirring continuously till it comes to a boil.
10. Simmer the flame and cook for another 5-7 minutes. Turn off the gas.
11. Finally put the tadka of red chilly powder.
12. Serve shahi gatta curry with missi roti and pakori ki kadhi.
