sliced mango pickle

Sliced mango pickle is an excellent pickle recipe. Let us try this recipe at home and enjoy the excellence of it


Raw mango slices  – 1/2 kg( without skin )
Fenugreek soft cialis   – 3 teaspoons
Turmeric -1 1/2 teaspoons
Red chili powder  -1 1/2 teaspoons
Mustard Oil  – 1/2 cup
Salt  -1/2 cup
aniseeds  – 4 teaspoons
Onions seeds -1 teaspoon
glacial acetic acid -3 teaspoons


  1. Rub salt on mango slices and keep for 8 hours.
  2. The mango slices will leave some watery juice.
  3. Remove the slices from the mango water and in it mix glacial acetic acid.
  4. Rub the rest of the ingredients on the mango slices and pour the mango water mixed with acetic acid over it.
  5. Add the oil.
  6. Keep for one week and shake it every other day
