SPICY CHAPATI

Chapatti is the staple food of India. To make this chapatti more spicy and tasty let us try this spicy chapatti recipe. You can do this with left over chapattis also.

INGREDIENTS:
Wheat flour  – 1 cup
Salt    – to taste
Red chilli powder – 1 Tea Spoon
Chat masala   – ½ Tea Spoon
Oil    – to fry

PROCESS:
1. Mix oil, salt, wheat flour and adequate amount of water to knead smooth dough
2. Leave it for an hour.
3. Make equal sized balls and roll them out on a rolling board
4. Heat a pan, put the chapatti on it
5. Roast on both sides of chapattis
6. Cut the chapattis into medium sized pieces
7. Fry them in oil till deep brown
8. Lay these fried pieces on tissue paper so that it absorbs excess oil
9. Apply salt, chilli powder and chat masala to the pieces
10. Serve hot with tomato sauce
