Tasty Thai Fish Balls

Fish Ball is a very testy and easy to prepare. Kids will like it as it is easy to eat and also healthy too.

INGREDIENTS:
Fish fillets-250 gms
Red Thai Curry Paste-1tsp
Fish sauce-1/2tbsp
Oil-4tbsp
Coriander leaves-1/2tbsp{chopped}
Salt to taste

PROCESS:

1. Cut the fish fillets into small chunks.
2. Make the paste of fillets by processing in a food processor.
3. Add the curry paste, fish sauce and salt.
4. Blend the mixture for 30 seconds.
5. In a bowl, pu the mixture and fold in the coriander.
6. Roll out small balls and refrigerate for 25 minutes to set firm.
7. Heat oil in the pan, deep-fry the balls for 2 minutes and drain on a kitchen paper.
8. Stick a toothpick into each ball.
9. Serve the fish balls with sweet Thai chili sauce.
